Posting of Winning Tickets Online will create CRIME

As I mentioned in the previous posting, winning tickets will not post online as it will have an legal implications as people might report stolen winning tickets as this had been reported in several newspapers before. 

People just report the serial number on the winning ticket to the police that they lost the ticket which they did not even win  And the person who got the winning ticket posted online will have unneccessary trouble with the law.

Lost or stolen tickets are just like lost cash – they can be difficult to recover. We can conduct investigations only if the ticket serial number is provided. Singapore Pools will consider prize claims only if lost or stolen winning tickets are eventually found and produced for processing in accordance with the Rules of our games. If you have the ticket serial number, you may make a report at Singapore Pools' office at Paradiz Centre during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm). The “Report on Lost/Stolen Tickets” form can be obtained at our reception and on our website. You may download the "Report on Lost/Stolen Tickets" Form here For stolen tickets, you may wish to attach a supporting police report.
