A friend of mine had highlight that this article had violated the Blogger Content Policy http://www.blogger.com/content.g even I did not noticed it when I first read on Aug 7 2009.
HATEFUL CONTENT: Users may not publish material that promotes hate toward groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity.
VIOLENT CONTENT: Users may not publish direct threats of violence against any person or group of people
What actions will 4dsiao take?
Still deciding legal proceedings - Mr Bad Guy
Or report this to Blogger - Mr Worse Guy
Or Just leave it. - Mr Nice Jerk

It will be up for you view..
The objective of posting Google Terms and conditions to serve as reminder for everyone and as well as 4dsiao himself.
Whether the person it using the right way or inappropriate, it is not a concern of 4dsiao.
As sometime we just want to post items online but we forget the terms and conditions. After we get into trouble, we complain and whine.
Take for example signing for Credit cards, do we read the fine print of the terms and conditions.
